Drinking nutrient-rich smoothies is a great way to experience more energy & reduce cravings to support your health goals. Yet that doesn’t mean you have to give up all the foods you love—that’s just miserable! The Smoothie Challenge will show you how to have both and feel amazing.

Crave healthier lifestyle
Our smoothies are loaded with hydration, vital nutrients, plant protein and fiber, that nourish and keep you craving healthier foods all day long.

Boosted Energy All Day
Blending the cell walls of fruits and vegetables releases natural sugars and plant fibers to give you sustained energy without the jitters or a crash.

People have noticed my skin and say I have a glow. I’ve also dropped 7 pounds and have done nothing different except drink a smoothie in the morning and cook occasional plant-based meals.

Kathy Thayer
Since starting the smoothie challenge, I’ve kept going and lost 15 pounds so far. I feel great, less bloated, better skin, I recover faster from hard workouts and I feel better about my diet.

Brittany Jilek
So easy! I was skeptical because I’m a very picky eater, but I gave it a shot. I can honestly say that I am officially on the daily smoothie train to stay!

Kiersten Thompson
In two months, I went from 202 pounds to 186 pounds. These smoothies help me crave healthier foods.

I got my answer today about sugary fruits.
I enjoyed this last smoothie and did make some changes in the previous smoothies too. I am pre diabetic and have high cholesterol so I’m trying to avoid the super sugary fruits like bananas and in this last smoothie recipe you said to swap it with frozen cauliflower, what a great idea!!!! You are right, the taste of it is pretty inexistent.. loved this idea!!!
I do smoothies daily and using ginger and turmeric in every single smoothie (love ginger) unfortunately at times the taste of ginger is prevalent to everything I use.
I loved this challenge because I learned how to mix, swap ingredients as my liking and healthier to my needs.
I read someone said it would be nice to have the challenge for be 2 weeks and I completely agree!!
Thank you for helping me make my smoothies healthier and interesting.
I liked the opportunity to try so many new smoothies recipes. I really liked 6 out of 7 recipes. It give me confidence and ideas to help make new recipes and combinations of ingredients to make delicious smoothies apart of my diet regularly. Thank you !
Always looking for ways to improve my daily smoothies.
Love having a smoothie every day. The recipes were great, easy and delicious.
I joined the challenge to renew my confidence in making smoothies. I was a green smoothie junkie about 13 years ago. We were an army family and I was on a weight loss and health renewal journey. Since my husband retired from the army, we’ve moved a few times, adjusted to civilian life and raised our kids. AND gotten older lol! I needed a kickstart to revitalize my health and ease my creaky joints. I enjoyed the recipes during the challenge. The PDF was very helpful, so thank you! I did add pea protein, chia seeds and sometimes oats to my smoothies depending on my needs for the day. I slept better and deeper overall, and felt refreshed when I woke up the next day. I didn’t lose any weight but I did have a lot less bloating. I plan to repeat the challenge this week and add an additional green smoothie each day. Thank you and your team for putting this even together. It has been a great experience!
Love the challenge
I joined to try the smoothie recipes that give me alternatives for healthier eating. I enjoyed making all the recipes and only the honey turmeric smoothie was not for me, although with some tweaks it could be. I will work on the tweaks. I lost 4 pounds over the week so hoping I keep it off by rotating smoothies into my regular daily eating. I’m glad you added the PDF for the grocery list. I didn’t try any of the challenge deals (not that I didn’t like them, just didn’t get to take advantage of them), but with having the flu this week I don’t recall them, but you probably mentioned them at the pre-challenge workshop. I didn’t read many emails this week, so I may have missed that info if it was in an email. My inbox was inundated with emails every time someone posted a comment so I will have to figure out how to turn that off for future challenges as I miss finding other emails in the long list of smoothie challenge comments, which I just log in and read the comments on the website anyway. I really enjoyed the week, loved all the pics everyone posted. Maybe I will win a Vitamix one day that also has the option for the food processor bowl. I would love to get rid of my old food processor! I’m hoping you will do a soup challenge, which would be a great winter challenge as I eat more soup in the winter as a warm up. Thanks for a great week!
The BEST part of this happened Wednesday when I picked up my library hold —Jen’s cookbook! My old boss (I retired from there) said he was thrilled when he pulled the book (which I’ll buy now to have forever) for me because for 10 years my smoothies at work were notoriously awful-tasting (I’d put ANYTHING in lol) and was so happy I’d have delicious ones! Man he was right. I’ve been texting him pictures of the week’s smoothies! I think I saw the challenge on Facebook and jumped onto it. It’s changed my whole smoothie game and I am enormously grateful. THANK YOU
I enjoy the encouragement
I wanted to try some new smoothie combinations. I would rather use your tried and true recipes than experiment on my own and get a yucky result! I learned new stuff and will use some of the ingredients in my future blending. This challenge came at a good time for me as I had some healing to do from a skin cancer surgery. I’m hoping it will help speed my new skin growth! I can’t think of anything that you would need to change. You cover it all! I enjoy the encouragement and support you offer. I enjoy seeing the pictures and posts from the other participants. You make it easy and all we have to do is put in a little effort to make the recipes. It’s a great plan!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and passions!
I joined this challenge to help jumpstart my motivation back into a healthy journey. The challenge was a success! I really enjoyed having community for accountability access to recipes and grocery lists. All the recipes were easy and tasty. There is nothing you should change! Just keep being a source of motivation! Rawk on!
I’ve been making green smoothies for years. During this challenge, I learned new ingredients and combinations. I appreciated the variety of recipes from which to choose.
I’ve been following you since I did a Plant-Based Cleanse with you a few years ago and still go to your cookbook for ideas. I just needed this smoothie challenge for a mini reset as I readjust my diet for LDL and prediabetes concerns. My husband joined me and has also enjoyed the variety of smoothies. 😋 Not much for social media, I follow from the sidelines but just wanted you to know this fan of yours is still here. Here’s to health, happiness, and a Rawksome 2024! 🌴💕
I joined because group planned activities motivate me. I enjoyed all the recipes. I feel really good like I could do anything. I’m proud that I fully participated and completed the challenge because usually I give up before it’s over! I actually would not change anything. I appreciate that you (SGS) did all the work all I had to do was blend and enjoy. Thank you for sharing your gift with all of us.
The reason I joined was because I was in a smoothie rut. I made the same ones over and over. Your challenge encouraged me to try new ingredients and I am so happy that I did. I feel that each recipe was delicious and I will definitely make them again. I don’t feel you should change anything about this challenge, the recipes were great and the ingredients were were easy to find at the grocery store.
