  1. I’m already on the path to healthier lifestyle, just wanting insight on how I may need to improve so I can be more energetic, vibrant and healthy.

    1. Hi Heather! So glad you’re already on the path to a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to help move you farther down the path!

  2. It’s funny to me that I scored a 23 putting me in the Ultimate Rawkstar category but I don’t feel like I’m living my best life – as yet! I hope to start incorporating more plant based meals that will overall help me to have more energy physically and also give a boost to my emotional well-being. I look forward to using this opportunity to being a much happier self for my husband and family.

    1. Hi Maureen! You’re a rawkstar to me! So glad you’re here to learn more about incorporating more plant-based meals!

  3. I have 22.5 points (some answers landed between choices). I’d like to incorporate more vegetables in my diet (do well with fruit already) and decrease my sugar intake. I have some newer health issues: RA, OA, and now Osteoporosis. I’d like to sleep better, have more energy, I’d like to lose a few pounds, and continue/increase my exercise routine. I’ve been a vegetarian/vegan in the past and that was not healthy for me, so I’m happy that this offers more flexibility.

    1. Hi Irene! I feel a lot of people would land somewhere in the middle of the choices so you’re not alone! Your goals for your health look great!

    1. Hi Gavriela! Sounds like you’re a plant-based veteran, awesome job!

  4. I have 23 points. I like to learn more for plant based food to remain healthy and energetic

  5. I have some autoimmune health issues including arthritis, Hashimoto’s (very low thyroid function), and I just got diagnosed with a mild form of asthma. I did some research and learned that all 3 of these conditions can be helped by following an anti-inflammation diet. I have already been following a very low gluten diet, but now I want to step it up and avoid inflammatory foods such as cheese, cow’s milk products, and cut way back on fish, poultry, and eggs. I do not eat red meat — so no issue there. I believe in the power of whole foods to heal.

    1. Hi Susan! Love that you’re doing your own research for diets that help with inflammation reduction. That’s the best place to start and whole foods can definitely help us heal ourselves!

    1. Hi Sushila! Living a healthy and energetic life is a great goal to have!

  6. Score is 18. I’m looking for better eating habits for me and my husband. We both want to live a healthier lifestyle.

    1. Hi Melody! So glad you and your husband are on board and ready to make some healthier changes!

  7. I’ve lots of healthy things stored in my pantry & finally ready to be schooled in how to plan meals & get those things onto a plate!
Looking for energy, weight loss, delicious recipes & improving GI health. Hope to become physically stronger, leaner, happier & motivated to getting back to enjoying outdoor activities again. Who will benefit from my new course of action besides myself?…hopefully all those I encounter in my daily life as I shine brighter it will be felt even in small ways to others. And that’s reflected back!

    1. Hi Suzanne! So glad you’re ready to learn about meal planning and using healthy ingredients. I also love your attitude towards making others shine brighter! We need more positivity in the world!

  8. I scored a 20. I do really well with most of my meals. My achilles heal is sweets. I would like to work on that.

    1. Hi Robin! Great job on your score! My Achilles heel is also sweets, but I’ve learned trading them for “better” sweets is what works for me!

  9. Better health. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease 40 yrs ago. The medical society was just really starting to recognize it. I have always maintained a diet of meat, potatoes, rice and vegetables ever since. At that time there were hardly any gluten-free products. What was out there were horrible. Fast forward to present day and there are so many good tasting gluten-free foods available. Foods I had not eaten for years: pasta, cookies, cake, pretzels, and BREAD. I would like to go back to more vegetables and fruits and less red meats (my favorite) and less of the gluten free snacks. Health is Wealth. At this stage in life nothing is more evident as time goes on. My husband is eager and willing to join me on this journey. We have always been an active couple. We would like to remain that way.

    1. Hi Pattie! You are so true, so many gluten-free options now! So glad you’re ready to get more fruits and veggies in your diet and your husband is on board. Sometimes that can be the hardest part!

  10. 1. What are you hoping to achieve or change? Why is that important to you? I am hoping that I can reduce a few pounds, and get a healthy look. Also to help my husband to get into a healthier eating habit, I need to learn some tricks. Some fancy (make him like it) but simple (makes me stick to it) recipes would do.
    2. How will it impact you emotionally and physically? Set a goal and work on it every day, your life becomes more meaningful. You feel happier, and you get healthier. I believe a happy mind is always better than an apple to drive the doctors away.
    3. Who else will benefit from you committing to eating more vegetables, fruits and other plants? My whole family I guess. And the earth, maybe? A greener environment?

    1. Hi Jennifer! Love that your goals include your husband! I also love your mindset on having goals and a meaningful life! Your mindset is everything!

  11. I scored a 27. I am Raw Vegan because my health is important to me. I am looking to get more insight on a plant-based lifestyle.

  12. I am hoping to eat more vegetables on a daily basis. I eat fairly healthy but getting my husband to eat a more plant based diet since he has cancer. Also to reduce inflammation. Looking forward to new recipes to try.

    1. Hi Sandra! I’m happy you’re here and ready to add more veggies into your daily diet but sorry to hear about your husband!

  13. i downloaded the worksheet and answered all of these questions and then didn’t know what to do with my answers.

when i went back, my answers were gone, a new blank questionnaire.

i clicked on the download and there was something to buy.

i didn’t join the free class to be offered to buy something.

not sure i understand how this works.
