We are lovers of all things leafy green— especially spinach. And this extremely creamy green smoothie is no exception.



  • 3/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 carrot (include leafy tops)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 banana


  1. Blend spinach, carrot top leaves, and water until smooth.
  2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.


*You can grate your carrots with a cheese grater, or steam them to soften them before blending. Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
