Description

Energize your body for your workout with this energy-packed smoothie made with The Natural Citizen Organic Energy Powder that contains quinoa, maca, green tea powder, and Rhodiola rose.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup raw or cooked beet (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons The Natural Citizen Organic Energy Powder

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and water until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
