A refreshing and unique Cilantro Limeade smoothie that harnesses the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits of cilantro and ginger.
- 1 1/2 cups spinach (fresh)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (fresh)
- 2 cups water
- 3 bananas
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 inch ginger (fresh)
- Blend spinach, cilantro and water until smooth.
- Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
